The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, parts, materials, wiring, bonding, insurance, and expertise required to perform specialized airfield lighting and electrical repairs and maintenance in accordance with these specifications; in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), the Institute of Electrical Electronic Engineers (IEEE), the National Electrical Manufacturer’s Association (NEMA), and Federal Aviation Administration Regulations (FAR) 139; Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) 2017 Design Standards Manual (DST) and acceptable to the MAA at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) and Martin State (MTN) Airports.
