M/V Jadwin Straight Universal Couplings and Pipeline Quick Connects

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers- Vicksburg District, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Dredge Constructors (Cage Code: 7LEC4): 988 Gold Ridge Rd. Sebastopol, California 95472-3938 for 6 each Straight Universal Coupling, 32 inches, also referred to as 32” Pipeline Quick Connects. Also, VL 900 pump parts for the main pump.

The statement of work for this requirement is attached. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and no solicitation is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm or individual who believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District's requirements described herein may submit a capabilities statement, which, if received by 12:00PM CST on 13 November 2023, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via email, no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
