Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following
bid packages:
05X Miscellaneous Metals (Northeast – Guardrail (terrace level), Vanities Supports, Bar Support Steel)
05Y Miscellaneous Metals (Northwest – Complete)
12Y Fixed Seating (Northwest only)
26Y Theatrical Lighting (Northwest)

All additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified trade contractors via Bid Supplement through Procore.
This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11%
Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count
towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided
in the Procore Plan Room, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.
Bids are due on March 14, 2025, by no later than 2:00pm. **Late bids will NOT be accepted.
Requests for Information (RFI) are due by March 10, 2025, by no later than 4:00pm.
