The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisition Division, Norfolk, VA, on behalf of the National Ocean Service, National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science Division is soliciting for analytical chemistry services.
The primary task for this effort is to provide analytical chemistry services for NCCOS’s Mussel Watch, Bioeffects Assessment, and Special Studies Programs. Secondarily, NCCOS may contract all or a portion of field sampling activities, particularly for Mussel Watch. The period of performance of the contract shall be five years divided into five one-year options. The Contract Scientific Lead will interact with the scientific and field staff of the successful laboratory to ensure scientific standards are met.
This effort will be awarded as a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. See attached for solicitation and associated attachments. Please refer to the included provision FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (SEP 2023) for instructions on submitting a proposal. Questions are due on April 19, 2024.
