AMENDMENT 1 - M6700126Q0025 Bus Transportation Services



The purpose of this amendment is to perform the following:




  1. Extends the RFQ due date to 10 February 2026 at 3:00pm EST.

  2. Provides Government responses to all offeror questions received through February 3, 2026. Please see attachment Titled “M6700126Q0025 Bus Transportation Services – Questions and Answers (Q&A).

  3. Change the quantity of CLIN 0001 from 13 Jobs to 11 Jobs.

  4. Change Period of Performance to 23 February 2026 – 13 February 2026.

  5. Change Performance Work Statement (PWS) to reflect CLIN specification changes as noted in the Q&A Attachement and Amendment .

  6. Incorporate additional contract clauses into the solicitation:

    1. FAR 52.233-3, Protest After Award

    2. 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires

    3. 52.232-39 Unenforceability of Unauthorized Obligations. Jun 2013

    4. 52.243-1 Changes-Fixed-Price. Aug 1987

    6. 52.249-1 Termination for Convenience of the Government (Fixed-Price) (Short Form). Apr 1984
