PLEASE NOTE: This is a notice to industry of an upcoming requirement. We will not be answering questions, providing drawings, or accepting submissions at this time. The solicitation will be posted on or around December 18, 2025.



Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has an upcoming requirement for the purchase of Foam Cushions (P/N: 9362799-5) in support of the M819 Program at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). This upcoming solicitaiton will be posted in accordance with FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.





CLIN 0001: Cushions IAW DWG 9362799, 22,000 each





This requirement is posted as a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 326150, Urethane and Other Foam Product (except Polystyrene) Manufacturing.
