Description

The construction of the Lyons Faison Park including +/- 9,194 SY of 8 inch Graded Aggregate Base, grading complete, +/- 707 SY of 4¿ Class B 3,000 PSI concrete, +/- 1,011 TNS of 9.5mm Superpave asphalt, Community Center based on architectural plans, +/- 120 LF of 36¿ RCP storm drain piping, Pickleball Court, Basketball Court, striping, grassing and other erosion control measures as shown on the plans as all necessary items to properly construct the park.
