Lynch Road Pavement Overlay

The proposed improvements, designated as Lynch Road Pavement Overlay, include work on Lynch Road south of Interstate-74.  Work consists of pavement surface removal, hot-mix asphalt overlay and pavement markings.

TIME AND PLACE OF BID OPENING: Sealed bids will be received until the closing time of 2:00 P.M. prevailing local time on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, in the office of the City Clerk, Robert E. Jones Municipal Building, 17 West Main Street, Danville, Illinois.  Bids received after closing time shall not be accepted and shall be returned unopened. Bids submitted via the U. S. Postal Service or private courier shall be identified on the outside of the envelope with the phrase: "Lynch Road Pavement Overlay" and should be to: City Clerk, Robert E. Jones Municipal Building, 17 West Main Street, Danville, Illinois 61832.  The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud thereafter.
