The drainage system at our 100 Longwater Circle, Norwell location loading dock requires repair. Initial inspection has determined some structural failure of the sidewall underneath where the concrete pad has been undermined and the trench drain sidewall has fallen into the drain.
A multi-phased work process will be necessary with several options dependent upon the results of inspections done by third party, CHA Consulting. The scope of work will be phased and dependent upon what is uncovered during inspection by our third party consultant and agreed upon by SSCPS.
