PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of the chartered City of Vista (“Agency”) for furnishing all plant, labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, utilities and all other items and facilities necessary therefore, as provided in the Contract Documents, for the “LUZ DURAN PARK COMMUNITY ROOM RESTROOM PARK PROJECT (C.I.P. No 8351)” in strict accordance with the Project specifications and Plans on file in the City of Vista Engineering Department.
