| Description: |
This procurement is designed to qualify agency providers to deliver new Home and Community Based Waiver Services and to complement the redesign of the Family Support system. Some of the services will only be available to adults, typically through the Waiver programs. For adults who are not enrolled in Waiver programs due to their MassHealth status, the types of services offered through the Waiver programs may also be available. This procurement also contains specific services that can be available to children less than 18 years of age. Most services are designed to be provided to individual adults, although some services may be provided to small groups of individuals or families. Many of the services included in this qualifying RFR have historically been provided through the Family Support System by means of flexible funding. |
