Lumber and Building Materials for the County of Mercer and the Mercer County Cooperative Purchasing System

The County of Mercer requests bids for lumber and building materials for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend one (1) year. Please find the attached summary of building materials. The County shall award multiple contracts based upon low bid for each line item. The award for Lumber shall be made using the Random Lengths Benchmark Pricing with an upcharge which shall cover all costs including transportation from the mill, to the County and profit. Please forward all questions in writing to scadet@mercercounty.org or via the BidNet Portal no later than May 2,2025 by 12:00 P.M.
