Description

Luke AFB is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) for security scanners for the Luke Air Force Base 2026 Air Show:



Brand Name or Equal: Evolv Express (AI Metal Detector).



The project's scope consists of: the vendor setting up from March 20, operations from March 21-22, and removal/tear down from March 23, as stated in the PWS. Please review all documents attached to this RFQ for more information.



Evaluation Criteria is listed within clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All offerors must provide a full Capabilities statement in order for the Governement to determine Technical Acceptabilitty.



Quote Submission Deadline (01/12/2026): The deadline to submit a quote in response to this RFQ is January 12th, 2026 @ 1500 EST. Interested vendors must submit their proposal to the POCs via email by this deadline to be considered for award.



Quotes that are submitted must be valid through March 14th, 2026.



Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
