Lucas Valley Road MP 9.60 Slope Improvement Project RFP for Construction Management and Material Testing Services

Request proposals for a consulting firm to provide construction management and material testing services for the Lucas Valley Road MP 9.60 Slope Improvement Project. Consultant to provide all necessary key construction management personnel for the project, including a Resident Engineer(s) and Construction Inspector(s), along with all other supporting staff necessary to provide for the administration of this federally funded project, to perform submittals, impacts, and schedule analysis; pre-construction meeting, jobsite documentation, and project setup; project management; daily field inspection and documentation; change order management; progress payments; storm water pollution prevention; environmental permits/NEPA avoidance measures; material testing; contract claims review and support; and project closeout and record drawings.
