The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services
described herein. This Request for Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict
accordance with the documents identified below: (Offer or should check and be sure that they have
received all documents, and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing
their bid. Please, avoid mistakes, read the documents identified herein.) To provide the City of
Oakland with Oil and Antifreeze as needed for a period of three (3) years and no agreement extensions.

Must have ability to dispose of used oils/filters and Anti-Freeze
Delivery within 24 hours of order
