LTUY252018 Repair Building 53 for Interim Occupancy

This project is to repair the interior finishes of Building 53 including restroom and plumbing, floor and wall, and ceiling finishes. The contract duration will be 45 calendar days after notice to proceed including inspection and punch list. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 and the Government's budget is $60,000.

Registrations for the site visit are due by close of business 25 April 2025. See the solicitation Section L for instructions to register.

In accordance with FAR 36.211(b), the following information is provided:

(1) The National Guard has no agency-specific policies or procedures applicable to definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts other than those described at FAR 43.204, DFARS 243.204 and AFARS 5143.204.

(2) Data for the prior 3 fiscal years regarding the time required to definitize equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts for the National Guard is currently not available but will be compiled and provided in future announcements.

If not previously submitted, full name, driver's license # & state of issue (REAL ID Act compliant) will be required to arrange a site visit.

Update, 15 May 2025: Amendment 2 with revised Statement of Work clarifying the fixture requirements in the bathrooms added to attachments. Updated RFI responses also added.
