Description
The State Library of South Carolina is seeking a qualified consultant or firm with demonstrated expertise in library services, program evaluation, and federally funded initiatives to conduct an independent evaluation of the South Carolina Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Five-Year Plan (2023–2027).
Should have experience evaluating statewide library programs, collecting, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and preparing comprehensive reports for state and federal. Experience working with the Institute of Museum and Library Services, including LSTA priorities, federal reporting requirements, outcome-based evaluation methods, and state library agency operations.
