Basis of Award: Lowest responsible responsive bidder that meets the eligibility requirement as being an authorized dealer

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for award, the bidder must be an authorized dealer of the Tactical Electronics and the CORE Tactical Kit. Bidder shall submit a certificate of authorization letter from Tactical Electronics and include with the bid response certifying that they are an authorized dealer of the manufacturer of the products being bid. The authorization letter must be on the manufacturer’s letterhead and must be signed by a duly authorized manufacturer representative. Failure to submit the authorization letter with the bid may result in the bid response being deemed as non-responsive.
