Lower Roof Replacement

BID NOTICE Fire Station #1 – Lower Roof Replacement

The City of Trinidad is soliciting bids for the replacement of the lower roof at Fire Station #1 located at 1605 Santa Fe Trail, Trinidad, CO 81082.

Scope of Work Includes:

· Remove approximately 2,300 square feet of existing modified bitumen (MOD Bit) roofing.

· Replace with 2,300 square feet of fully adhered TPO roofing system.

· Replace approximately 150 linear feet of parapet cap.

· Replace approximately 85 linear feet of counter flashing.

· Replace 4 internal drains.

· Replace 4 scuppers.

A core sample will be completed during the mandatory walkthrough to determine existing insulation and decking conditions.
