A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 9:00am HST. All prospective bidders or their representatives (employees) are encouraged to attend, but attendance is not mandatory. Due to the impacts of COVID 19, the pre-bid meeting will be conducted virtually. Prospective bidders who plan to attend the pre-bid conference shall notify the Project Engineer by 2:00pm HST on Monday, September 22, 2025 of their planned attendance and for instructions on attending the pre-bid conference. Questions applicable to the Project Specifications should be submitted to the Project Engineer no later than two days prior to the scheduled date of the pre-bid meeting.
