Description
Project Description: This project involves the base bid and an alternate bid for the installation of an ultra-thin bonded wearing course on roadway surfaces at several specified locations within Lower Gwynedd Township. Also included with this work is roadway crack sealing and bituminous seal coating. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with Penn DOT Publication 408 and Township Standards. Asphalt materials shall be based on PennDOT’s March 2025 Asphalt Cement Price Index.
