Qualified prospective bidders may obtain a complete set of Project Documents, which will include one (1) set of construction drawings and one (1) set of project specifications, from the Engineer located at the address below upon payment of $250.00 for ½ sized plans. This payment shall be non-refundable. Email requests to

. No hardcopy plans or specifications will be sent without payment, and no partial sets will be issued.

There will be a Mandatory Pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 1:30 PM CT, at 324 Malvern Avenue, Hot Springs AR.
