Project Description: Provide and install office furniture to support staff work areas and public facing spaces. If bidders will be acting in a supplier role only and will be subcontracting any work occurring on site, bidders are not required to complete a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form but must indicate this on the form provided in the bid and upload it with their bid response. If bidder will be self performing the work on site, bidder must submit a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form at least 14 calendar days prior to the bid due date.
