Bid Description:
The Caretaker’s house at Lowell Lake State Park is a wood framed building approximately 61’x29’ with a corrugated metal roof which has reached the end of its life span. The Department of Forests, Parks, & Recreation (FPR) is seeking a Contractor to remove and replace the existing roof with new standing seam roofing. Additional work related to the installation will be required and is outlined in the scope of work (SOW).
