Solicitation Document Description: Low value Request for Proposals is for an assessment of embodied carbon in prevalent parking typologies in Toronto, and recommendations for carbon reduction design and implementation strategies. The team will have experience in Toronto development and will be led by an architect with expertise in Embodied Carbon Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and structural engineering.

Specific Conditions for Procurement: The following are Mandatory Technical Requirements as outlined in Part 4 - Form B of the RFP.
A lead consultant that is a licensed practicing Architect with experience in housing and office mixed use development in Toronto.
A licensed Professional Structural Engineer (PEng) with experience in underground and above ground parking integrated in common building typologies in Toronto or other cities of a similar size.
A Sustainability professional service team with expertise and experience in LCA (lifecycle carbon analysis) and low-carbon design recommendations.
Applicable Trade Agreement: Chapter 5 of Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
Contract Duration: 14 months
