The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue (“Department”) is seeking to partner with a Qualified LITC that can provide expertise in Pennsylvania state tax issues while maximizing a high-quality level of service.
The Qualified LITC shall assume responsibility for all services provided for in this statement of work. The Qualified LITC shall provide materials, services, skills, supervision, and necessary tools and equipment to effectively assist and resolve Pennsylvania state tax issues for low-income Pennsylvania taxpayers. A Qualified LITC must have the capability to educate, perform, and complete the services in all respects in accordance with this statement of work. Attachments: 01 Terms and Conditions 02 Statement of Work 03 Domestic Workforce Utilization Form (must be completed and submitted with bid) 04 Work Protection and Investment Certification Form (must be completed and submitted with bid) 05 BOP-2401 Russia Belarus Certification Form (must be completed and submitted with bid) All bids must be submitted electronically.
