Qualification requirements and scope of work according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by NCA ARCHITECTS, LLC, and described in general below.

The scope of work for this project includes an approximate 400-sf building consisting of metal stud framing, exterior insulated finish system, TPO roofing, interior millwork, hollow metal doors and window frames, interior finishes, toilet facility, mechanical and electrical systems. Exterior site improvements including grading and drainage, heavy duty and light duty asphalt and concrete paving, site utilities, concrete stem walls, footings, and coverings at waste disposal areas, fencing with operable gates, signage, and installation of structure for Owner provided signs. Signage by Owner will be delivered to site and stored by contractor until ready for installation.

Compactor equipment and recycled oil containers as specified in the documents and/or specifications shall be included in bid by general contractor. Power requirements and locations for compactors are as noted in construction documents.
