Project Description: The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health & Wellness - LMPHW, Environmental Department (Tobacco Enforcement Program) is seeking proposals for a new Youth Tobacco & Vape-Free Campaign in hopes to help reduce the use of all tobacco and e-cigarette products among youth aged 12-18 through a comprehensive public health campaign. This initiative will adapt the CDC's Empower Vape-Free Youth campaign framework to include traditional tobacco use and e-cigarettes, customized for the cultural and community context of Louisville.
