Louisville Tobacco Control Transparency Dashboard

Project Description: The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health & Wellness - LMPHW, Environmental Department (Tobacco Enforcement Program) is seeking qualified vendors to design, develop, and implement a public-facing Tobacco Control Dashboard using ArcGIS and ACCELA integration. This dashboard will provide real-time access to data on tobacco retailer licensing, inspections, violations, complaints, and compliance trends. The design must be mobile-first, ADA compliant, and modeled after dashboards like Southeastern Pennsylvania's Tobacco Control Project and Louisville's Gun Violence Dashboard. It will include features such as interactive maps, complaint forms, license search, visual analytics, and a resource library.
