Notice is hereby given that the City of Louisville will accept sealed bids for 2024-31 Louisville Park Stage at Helen Clark Park, 911 Peachtree Street, Louisville, Georgia 30434 in strict conformity with the bidding and Contract Documents.
Such sealed bids as received will be opened and read aloud at 3:00 PM on June 3rd, 2025 at 1011 Peachtree Street, Louisville, Georgia. All mailed or hand delivered bids must be received by City of Louisville, 1011 Peachtree Street, Louisville, Georgia prior to the Bid Opening Date and Time. Bidder retains full responsibility for assuring that bids are received prior to the time stated for bid opening.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will take place at 11:00 AM on May 12th, 2025 at Louisville City Hall, 1011 Peachtree Street, Louisville, GA 30434
Bid documents (1 set) are available at no charge, issued electronically in PDF format via email from 2KM Architects, Inc. with written request. Bid documents are also available for a non-refundable deposit of $100 (Bidding documents will be forwarded, shipping charges collect ($10), as soon as possible).

Each bid must be accompanied with a BID BOND in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid, payable to the City of Louisville and issued by a Corporate Surety authorized to do business in the State of Georgia, in order to guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract to construct the project strictly within the terms and conditions stated in this bid and in the bidding and Contract Documents, should the construction contract be awarded to them.
