The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified and interested bidders for the Lot 1 Solar & Lot 3 Solar/Energy Storage Projects at California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Multiple awards may be made as a result of this RFP for solar Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and/or Energy Storage Site License and Service Agreements (ESSLAs). The University reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to (i) award contracts to one or more proposers, (ii) make separate awards by project, site, or scope of work, (iii) award all or a portion of the services described herein, or (iv) reject any or all proposals and make no award. All awards shall be made in the best interest of the University.
