Lot Cleaning & Debris Removal/Disposal Contract throughout the 5 Boroughs

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid : MTA is seeking firm, fixed pricing for all necessary labor, materials, equipment, vehicles, and transportation for the removal and disposal of refuse and debris from outdoor lots as well as interior spaces and structures(including subway stations) owned by the Authority in the boroughs of the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island and one (1) location in Yonkers, NY for 5 years. The materials to be removed shall include, but not be limited to, non-hazardous waste material including common refuse and debris, soil, stone, wood, scrap metal, appliances, plastics, tires, and other items. Also included are trees, shrubs and other plant debris, including other material living, dead, cut or fallen, logs, stumps, roots, and branches.

FUNDING: 100% Operating Range: $1M - $5M

Goals: MBE: 15% WBE: 15% SDVOB: 6%
