Loring Ice Arena Seasonal Concessions

The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide seasonal concession services at Loring Ice Arena. Concession operations will align with the seasonal schedule of the ice arena, generally from September through April.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct Portal. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet Direct no later than Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet Direct portal on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 after 10:00 A.M.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
