Loring Arena Sport Streaming Service

The City of Framingham (“City”) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide a fully automated sports broadcasting system with live and on-demand video and audio streaming for sporting events at Loring Arena and/or other City venues. The term of the agreement is for up to 3 years.

Bid documents can be obtained  electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 after 10:00 A.M.

Sealed proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration no later than Thursday, October 23, 2024 at 10:00AM.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system.  Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
