PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town of Chester, Warren County, New York is requesting proposals for harvesting aquatic invasive species plants in Loon Lake.

A copy of the RFP can be obtained by emailing: TownClerk [at] townofchesterny.org (TownClerk[at]townofchesterny[dot]org)

All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "Loon Lake Harvesting Bid." Bids will be accepted by the Town Clerk, by mail addressed to PO Box 467, Chestertown, NY 12817, or in person at the Town Hall, 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, on or before Monday, February 10, 2025 by 2:00 pm local time. All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Town Clerk’s Office on February 10, 2025 at 2:00 pm.

The Town Board of the Town of Chester reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.
