2024-21 Longs Park Concession Operations– RFP
THE CITY OF LANCASTER, PA
The City of Lancaster, PA will receive proposals online for Longs Park Concession Operations - RFP until October 30, 2024, at 11:00AM at which time they shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The City seeks competitive proposals from experienced operators to provide concession stand services that enhance the visitor experience at Long’s Park located at 1441 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost on PennBid- http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
Any Proposer awarded a contract under this Request for Proposal shall be required to assure protection against discrimination for employees, applicants for employment, and subcontractors on the grounds of actual or perceived race, color, sex, religion, ancestry, genetic information, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, familial status, marital status, age, mental or physical disability, use of guide or support animals and/or mechanical aids, and any and all applicable laws.
The City is not required to award any contracts under these proposals, although if it determines to award a contract, it need not award to the Proposer providing the highest dollar amount. City will consider how and to what extent the Proposals meet the City’s objectives, the quality of services supplied, responsiveness of the Proposers, past performance of the Proposers, the Proposers ability to handle the work proposed and the specific criteria for making awards set forth in the Proposal materials, if any.
