Summary

The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis (the Authority) seeks a Lessee for Authority-owned mooring rights along the Mississippi River extending southward from the eastern prolongation of Catalan Street to the River Des Peres

Proposal length shall not exceed ten (10) pages in an 8.5 x 11 format.  Submit one (1) signed original proposal and three (3) original copies in a sealed packet by March 10, 2025, 11:00 AM.

The proposal envelope, addressed to: Port Project Manager, SLDC, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103, shall be marked in the upper left corner with the name of the person/firm submitting the proposal and, in the lower left corner, “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR LCRA MOORING LEASE”.
