REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS
Long-Range Public Water System Plan
The City of Siloam Springs is requesting statements of qualifications from firms to develop a Long-Range Plan for its public water system. This plan is required to comply with Section VII.H of the Arkansas Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Public Water Systems issued by the Arkansas Department of Health. The plan will cover a 10-year period, focusing primarily on treatment plant capacity.
Please submit one (1) paper copy of statement of qualifications and one (1) identical digital PDF copy. Submissions shall be received no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, November 8, 2024.
Proposals shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes or packages and hand delivered to 1000 E Ashley St, Siloam Springs, Arkansas; or mailed to:

The name and address of the firm shall be on the outside of the package and include “Qualifications for Long-Range Public Water System Plan”.
In evaluating the qualifications of each firm, the following shall be considered:

The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of professional services required;

The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project;

The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules and deadlines; and
-
The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located.
Proposers should structure their responses to follow this sequence where possible.
