Description
The City of Loganville, Georgia will be receiving separate sealed Bids for all material, labor and equipment for the ¿Loganville Toddler Park¿. This includes New Sidewalks, Planting, Accessible Play Equipment, Fencing, Play Surfacing, Seating, Shade Structures, etc., with all related accessories as shown on the plans and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. Bids shall be based on Lump Sum Price.
The project shall be Substantially Complete within 120 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed of the contract.
