Logan Utilities Operation Center Building (PID 005222A)

Pinellas County seeks Professional Engineering Services to complete design and post-design construction phase services for a new Utility Operations Center (UOC) at the Logan Pumping Station Site. The objective of this project is to address the COUNTY’s growing need for resilient, multifunctional facilities capable of supporting continuous operations during emergency events. Services shall include, but not limited to, design plans and specifications, permitting, CMAR coordination, engineering services, service during construction, grant coordination, and all appurtenances and associated works that may be required to perform full and final design work for construction of the new Logan UOC building.

This project is partially funded with a Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for the construction phase of the project. Please see attached grant provisions that are part of this contract.
