To be included on the Plan Holder List , please send your name, company name, email address, and phone number to Lori Mathys .

Stamped project documents dated October 2024 were approved by the funding agencies before Federal project funding was put on hold.  This caused the approved dates for a pre-bid meeting and bidding deadlines to no longer going to be valid.   Approving agencies will not allow changes to an already approved document and require that any changes be addressed by Addendum.  Addendum 1 includes updated date information and other modifications.

This project will also have all information posted here rather than Virtual-Bid system that the city has started using.
