Bids will include furnishing all labor, material, tax, equipment, and services necessary for the construction and completion of the Police Department Training Facility Phase 1 Project and associated improvements. The Phase 1 development will establish a 300-yard firearms training range and supporting site infrastructure. The scope includes site grading, berm construction, protective wall installation, stormwater controls, utilities, site access roads, fencing, signage, ADA-compliant features and all associated work as described in the project plans (drawings) and specifications, together with Addenda issued at the time of bidding, if any.

A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. The group shall meet at 17251 N. Thornton Road. Prime Contractors not attending the meeting will NOT be allowed to submit a bid proposal for the project.
