KY Dept of Parks is seeking a contract for window treatments and installation at Blue Licks State Resort Park lodge rooms.
There are (36) rooms and a total of (40) window treatments and (38) door treatments. Each of the two suites have two extra windows and one extra door. ADA lodge rooms 109 & 201 will need motorized shades system on windows to meet ADA code. Additional specifications are included in Attachment A. Site Visit: Each contractor is encouraged to do a site visit. A site visit is available on Tuesday, 9-15-2026 at 9:00 am. The site visit is optional. Please notify the buyer of your intent to attend the site visit by contacting Keith Srutowski by email at keith.srutowski@ky.gov by 11:00 am on Monday, 9-14-2026. A site visit is REQUIRED by the successful vendor; measurements are the responsibility of the contract holder. ALL MEASUREMENTS SHALL BE FIELD VERIFIED. |
