LOCKER ROOM ADDITION PROJECT. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued on behalf of the City of St. Cloud City Council and the Community Services and Facilities Division. The City/Department are seeking bids for a two-level addition to the existing Municipal Athletic Complex arena, of approximately 14,000 sq ft, located at 5001 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN. Addition includes three locker rooms and dryland training facility, including space for refrigeration equipment and resurfacing equipment; bids will include furnishing of all labor, material, and all else necessary to complete the project.
