The City of New Rochelle seeks a qualified consultant to develop a Local Safety Action Plan that meets all requirements of a U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Action Plan. The completed plan will establish a data-informed community-driven approach to eliminating roadway fatalities and serious injuries and will serve as a foundational document for seeking SS4A Grant funding.

A pre-proposal conference call will be held on Monday, July 7 2024 starting at 10:00a.m., which will start at the Train Station Lobby located at 24 Station Plaza, New Rochelle, NY.
