Description: SUNY Cortland intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for groceries for our Athletics’ teams from a local grocery store, Price Chopper. The grocery store must be located in Cortland, NY and accept NYS purchase orders. A sealed bid will not be held.
