James City County, Virginia (“the County”), is requesting information from interested parties regarding Local Government Tax Administration Software to support the County Treasurer and Commissioner of Revenue in is assessment and collection of taxes from the citizenry. The purpose of issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) is to:

Determine the level of market interest.

Obtain information on potential new technologies or approaches.

Obtain recommendations that would enhance the success of a future procurement opportunity for this project.

Obtain high-level cost estimates for planning and budget purposes; and

Provide the industry with an opportunity to comment on the potential procurement opportunity.
