NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, April 29, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Lobby Renovation at ADEQ located in North Little Rock, Arkansas for the Arkansas Division of Environmental Quality. PR #9302506
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on April 22, 2025, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118. Meet in first floor lobby. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable only through Capitol Imaging, 11223 Otter Creek E Blvd, Mabelvale, AR 72103, (501) 376-2446 / (Fax) (501) 375-9007. No deposit required.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, the State encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
