Loading, Transportation, and Disposition of Class B Biosolids by way of Beneficial Use, Processing, and/or Disposal

Project Description: The Nazareth Borough Municipal Authority (NBMA), 872 Tatamy Rd., Nazareth, PA 18064, is seeking a contract for loading, transportation, and disposition of aerobically digested, Class B biosolids dewatered cake produced at its Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), located at the address above. Disposition may take place at beneficial use sites, 3rd party processing sites, and/or landfill as specified by the bidder.
The NBMA will receive sealed bids online for Loading, Transportation, and Disposition of Class B Biosolids by way of Beneficial Use, Processing, and/or Disposal until [JANUARY 8, 2026] at [2:00 PM] at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on PennBid – pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
All bids must be submitted on bid forms provided by NBMA and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid price, payable to The Nazareth Borough Municipal Authority.
Authority staff will review bids and make a recommendation of award to the NBMA Board. The NBMA Board will vote and issue an intent to award contract at their regular meeting scheduled for 7:00 PM., JANUARY 15, 2026 in the Nazareth Borough Council Chambers.
The NBMA Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to award as they deem to be in the best interests of the NBMA.
