Hurlburt Field has a requirement for loading dock repair service. Detailed specifications and contractual terms are provided in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Standard Form 1449. When submitting quotations, offerors are required to request a delivery receipt to ensure successful transmission and acknowledgment of the package. Offerors are required to submit their complete quotation package to both Points of Contact listed.
